Are You Dying Of Omega 3 Deficiency?

It is estimated that anywhere up to 95 percent of adults in the United States suffer from a condition called omega 3 deficiency. Omega 3 deficiency is where there are low levels of Omega 3 essential fatty acids in your body.

A new study has now established that up to 96,000 Americans could be dying every year from omega3 deficiency. Whilst this is not the biggest cause of preventable death, (smoking is the biggest cause) it is certainly a statistic that should make you sit up and take notice.

And it’s so easy to prevent a deficiency of omega 3 fatty acids. You can eat more fish though that is expensive and fish is generally contaminated with toxins, or you can take daily omega 3 capsules which are not contaminated and which are much more cost-effective.
